Brand and product information

Our luxurious, all-natural Kardia Beauty range is formulated and made in the beuatiful Byron Bay region, in far-north New South Wales in Australia. Furthermore, we are female-founded and 100% Australian owned. 

Our products are made from the highest quality, organic and 100% natural botanical ingredients. As with any natural product, our products do have a shelf life of 12 months once opened.

Our formulations have been thoughtfully and specifically created for young skin (so no harsh active ingredients!) and can be safely used on children from five years of age. 

The aroma of our products have been carefully created using only natural essential oils (without the use of artificial fragrance - so they won’t smell fake and synthetic). They have a beautiful natural fragrance, which also carry amazing therapeutic properties. 

We purposely created our formula without any nut oils to avoid allergic reactions, however with any new product, we do suggest you do a small patch test first.

We promote once a day cleansing for young skin and encourage the cleanse in the evening to remove sunscreen and dirt, grime and oils which have built up throughout the day. Overnight your skin works hard to repair, regenerate and produce beautiful natural oils (so let's not wash those off in the morning!). Our watermelon honey hydrating cream may be used in the morning, before applying suncreen.

Shipping and delivery


We kindly offer FREE shipping on all orders using Australia Post. Kardia Beauty will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, although this can sometimes take up to 24 to 4 hours to become active in the Australia Post system. We anticipate most orders will take between two to seven days for delivery, with remote areas taking up to 10 days. 

All orders must be signed for on delivery unless you have given authority to leave goods without a signature. Please note, if you give authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.

If you are sending to a company or office, we ask that you please add your company name to avoid your package being returned to us.


We understand on some occasions you may require a quicker delivery. For urgent orders, Express Shipping is available in Australia for a flat fee of $10. Please add this at checkout.


Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address (please check your junk folder if you do not receive it). We then aim to process your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). 
Please note that at particularly busy times, for example Christmas or promotions, processing times may increase slightly and we appreciate your patience during this time.

All orders are in Australian Dollars. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. 


Kardia Beauty orders for delivery outside Australia will also be sent using Australia Post and their reciprocal carriers.  International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once it reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

International delivery times vary from ten days to weeks depending on the delivery country. International shipping is available for a flat fee of $30.

All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.


We love our products and we truly hope you do too.  However, if you are not completely satisfied please email us at and we will organise a refund. Once our team has received the returned products, please allow up to five days to process the refund. The refund will be processed back onto your original method of purchase.
